No Responsibility for Returns or Refunds: Petmartz does not take any responsibility for returns, refunds, exchanges, or any other transaction-related issues. All such matters must be resolved directly between the buyer and the vendor.
Our Marketplace Model
Petmartz operates as a third-party marketplace platform. Our role is limited to:

- •Enabling communication between buyers and vendors
We do NOT: Process payments, handle transactions, manage inventory, provide customer service for products, or take responsibility for the quality, condition, or delivery of products listed by vendors.
Return and Refund Policy
Direct Vendor Communication
All return, refund, and exchange requests must be handled directly with the vendor who listed the product. Petmartz is not involved in these processes and cannot facilitate returns or refunds on behalf of vendors.
To request a return or refund:

- •Follow the vendor's return and refund procedures
- •Resolve any disputes directly with the vendor
Vendor-Specific Policies
Each vendor on Petmartz may have their own return and refund policies. These policies are set by the vendors themselves and are not controlled or enforced by Petmartz. It is your responsibility to:

- •Ask the vendor about their return/refund policy if it's not clearly stated

Buyer Responsibilities
As a buyer on Petmartz, you are responsible for:

- •Verifying product details, condition, and specifications with the vendor
- •Understanding the vendor's return and refund policies
- •Conducting transactions directly with vendors
- •Resolving any issues or disputes directly with the vendor

PETMARTZ PROVIDES THE PLATFORM "AS IS" AND DISCLAIMS ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR:
- •The quality, condition, accuracy, or legality of products listed by vendors
- •Transactions between buyers and vendors
- •Returns, refunds, exchanges, or any other transaction-related matters
- •The actions or omissions of vendors or buyers
- •Product delivery, shipping, or fulfillment
- •Any losses, damages, or disputes arising from transactions
No Warranty: Petmartz makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform, vendor listings, or any transactions. All transactions are at your own risk.
Reporting Issues
While Petmartz does not handle returns or refunds, we take platform integrity seriously. If you encounter:
- •Fraudulent listings or vendors
- •Misleading or false product information
- •Violations of our Terms of Service
- •Platform-related issues or technical problems
Please contact us and we will investigate platform-related issues. However, transaction disputes, returns, and refunds must still be resolved directly with the vendor.
